Position : Part-Time Podiatrist
Location : Baltimore, MD
Compensation : $800 guaranteed daily rate

We specialize in portable healthcare, including podiatry , dentistry, audiology, and optometry, serving senior centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and veteran homes across 20+ states.   • Flexible part-time schedule.
  • Weekday availability, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Podiatrist, you will:

  • Deliver expert podiatric care, addressing conditions such as diabetic foot care, bunions, calluses, corns, and ingrown toenails.
  • Perform routine foot care services, including nail trimming, corn and callus removal, and preventative care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education on foot health, proper footwear, and the prevention of complications.
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.
  • Create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for elderly patients, adapting to their unique physical and cognitive needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program.
  • A current state license to practice podiatry.
  • Experience providing podiatric care to geriatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with elderly patients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with care teams.
