Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all logistics and supply chain functions are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain management, and materials management.-
Responsibilities:-
+ Manage the warehouse and shipping operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
+ Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts.
+ Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems.-
+ Analyze demand planning and procurement processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
+ Utilize the ERP systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and streamline processes.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations.
+ Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
+ Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
+ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for the warehouse operation.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.-

Requirements
+ HS Diploma or accredited GED
+ Experience in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems.
+ Strong knowledge of supply chain management and materials management principles.
+ Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
+ Strong analytical skills to analyze demand planning and procurement processes.
+ Experience with distribution center operations.-
+ Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills.
+ Knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
+ Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business results.
+ Experience with systems and software related to logistics and supply chain management.-
