*Oversee the preparation and filing of Exchange Act filings for Baxter (including Form 10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, Form 8-Ks and proxy statements), in addition to related S-3s, S-8s and other registration statements. *Serve as the primary point person for Baxter's Section 16 compliance program (including with respect to the company's Securities Trading Policy and related Form 3, 4 and 5 filings). *Provide oversight and guidance with respect to new SEC rules, including with respect to newly issued 10b5-1, clawback policy and cybersecurity rules. $176,000 - $264,000
