Position: Event Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and bring our events to life. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing a range of events from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
• Create and maintain detailed event timelines and project plans, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Promote events through marketing and social media channels to drive attendance and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
