MEMCO SER is looking for EXPERIENCED commercial roofers to start ASAP!
Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofs.
Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair solutions.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Work on low-slope and flat roofs at various commercial job sites.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Prior commercial roofing experience
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
Willingness to travel to various job sites
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
